With more than 4,000 employees worldwide in 43 countries, H.B. Fuller’s global reach is providing local impact through employee volunteerism. Employees are engaged in various volunteer activities throughout the year with the most notable impact seen through the Make a Difference Campaign and Community Affairs Councils.
Global Community Affairs Councils (CACs)
H.B. Fuller has 27 active Community Affairs Councils worldwide.
CACs are voluntary, employee-directed councils that manage corporate contributions and employee volunteer opportunities in locations where H.B. Fuller operates. These councils give employees the chance to interact with their local community and collectively engage in positive community change.
Make a Difference Campaign
Each year, employees are encouraged to participate in a Make a Difference campaign in their local community. This coordinated, global effort drives awareness of local issues and allows employees to positively impact the communities in which they live and work. Each year, employees around the world volunteer more than 6,000 hours through the Make a Difference Campaign.
U.S. employees also are eligible to receive support for their personal donations of time and money through matching gifts and matching time programs. These programs provide additional financial support and volunteer opportunities to organizations that are important to H.B. Fuller employees and focus on education, arts and culture, and public broadcasting.
